For Aam Panna

Ingredients –

  1. Raw Mangoes – 3-4 medium
  2. Sugar – 1 Cup
  3. Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
  4. Cardamom Powder – ½ tsp
  5. Black Salt – according to taste
  6. Salt – according to taste
  7. Chilled Water – 2-3 Cup
  8. Mint Leaves – 2-3 tsp
  9. Ice crushed/Cubes – according to choice

Method –

  1. Boil mangoes in pressure cooker in water with 2-3 whistle.
  2. Drain the mangoes from water and allow it to cool. Peel the mangoes and collect the pulp of mangoes in a bowl with the help of a spoon.
  3. Now take a pan, add mango pulp and sugar to it. Stir it continuously until sugar dissolves and make sure it does not get burn from bottom.
  4. Once it is done, switch off the flame and add both salts, cardamom powder and cumin powder to it.
  5. Allow it to cool and store it in a container.
  6. For making drink, take a glass and add 2 tsp of mango mixture, add finely chopped mint leaves and crushed ice or ice cubes to it. Mix it well and Aam Panna is ready to serve.

Serving Tip –

Serve Aam Panna chilled during summers for preventing stomach problems.
