Aloo Gobhi

For Aloo Gobhi

Ingredients –

  1. Potatoes – 6 sliced
  2. Gobhi – 1 flower
  3. Garlic – 4-5 cloves (chopped)
  4. Jeera – ½ tsp
  5. Oil – 3-4 tsp
  6. Salt – according to taste
  7. Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
  8. Red Chilli – ½ tsp
  9. Garam Masala – ½ tsp

Method –

Heat the oil in Kadai and put garlic in to it. Once it become golden brown add Jeera in to it. When Jeera starts crackling add Potatoes and Gobhi in to Kadai. Stir the vegetables after every 5 minutes. Once it start getting brown, add salt, red chili, turmeric and garam masala and mix well in to vegetables. Once the vegetable get cooked properly, it is ready to serve.

Serving Tip –

Serve the subzi with chapattis during all meals.
