Coffee Ice cream

For Coffee Ice cream

Ingredients –

  1. Fresh Whipped Cream – 2 Cups
  2. Sweetened Condensed Milk – 1 Cup
  3. Instant Coffee Powder – 2-3 tsp
  4. Water – 2 tsp
  5. Vanilla Essence – 2-3 drops

Method –

  1. Take a bowl and dissolve the coffee powder with water.
  2. Now, add condensed milk to the coffee mixture and mix well.
  3. After mixing gently add whipped cream and vanilla essence to it.
  4. Whisk the mixture continuously unless it becomes creamy.
  5. Transfer the ice cream mixture in to an air tight container and freeze for 6-8 hours.
  6. After 6-8 hours coffee ice cream is ready to serve.

Serving Tip –

Scoop and serve ice cream anytime at home.
