Dessert Recipe – Kaju Katli

Ingredients:

  1. Cashew nut – 200 grams
  2. Sugar – 100 grams
  3. Cardamom Powder – ½ spoon
  4. Desi Ghee – 2 Spoons

Method –

Grind cashew nuts in to fine powder. Put above mentioned quantity of sugar in to pan with ¼ cup of water and cook it for 1-2 minutes until sugar mixes well in to water. Now start mixing Cashew powder in to sugar syrup and cook it while mixing until you get the freezing consistency. Now, take the mix out in the pan and let it cool down.

Once it get cool, make some balls out of it and start keeping it on butter paper. Now, roll the balls in to thin layer and let it cool for more 15-20 minutes. Once it cool down, you can cut the layer in to any desired shape or in diamond shape which is the shape mostly made and our Kaju Katli which is a Dessert Recipe is ready to serve.
