Garlic Pickle

For Garlic Pickle

Ingredients –

  1. Garlic Cloves – 250 gms
  2. Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
  3. Methi Seeds – 1 tsp
  4. Fennel Seeds – 1 tsp
  5. Kalonji – 1 tsp
  6. Salt – according to taste
  7. Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
  8. Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
  9. Mustard Oil – 100 – 150 ml

Method –

  1. Peel the garlic cloves and clean them with dry cloth.
  2. Mix all the spices and seeds together and heat oil in a kadai for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Now switch off the flame and add all the spices to it.
  4. Stir it well and also add garlic to it. Stir them well and fill the cloves in a glass jar.
  5. Shake the jar properly and keep the jar under sun for almost a week. Garlic pickle is ready to serve.

Serving Tip –

Serve the pickle with paranthas, khichdi, Rice, Dal or anything you like.
