Vegetable Greek Salad

For Vegetable Greek Salad

Ingredients –

1. Lettuce – 1 Cup (chopped)
2. Onion – 1 medium (finely sliced)
3. Tomato – 2 medium (chopped)
4. Bell Pepper (green) – 1 each (chopped)
5. Cucumber – 1 medium (chopped)
6. Black Olives – ½ Cup
7. Paneer (Cheese) – 1 Cup
8. Olive Oil – 3-4 tsp
9. Salt – according to taste
10. Pepper – according to taste
11. Oregano – according to taste
12. Lemon Juice – 2 tsp

Method –

1. Take a pan add olive oil to it. Now add salt, pepper, oregano and lemon juice to it. Mix them well.
2. In another bowl, mix all the vegetables together and pour the dressing made earlier on the vegetables.
3. Mix the salad well and Greek Salad is ready to serve.

Serving Tip –

You can serve salad chilled or hot according to choice.
