Mint Chutney

For mint Chutney


  1. Mint leaves – 1 cup
  2. Coriander leaves – 1 cup
  3. Green Chilies – 3 or as per taste
  4. Ginger – ½ inch (optional)
  5. Lemon Juice – 1 or 2 tsp
  6. Salt – according to taste

Method –

For making mint chutney, grind mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, ginger in to a smooth paste using little water. Once all ingredients turns in to a smooth paste add salt and lemon juice in to it. Mix it well and your chutney or pudina chutney is ready to serve.

Serving tip-

You can enjoy your chutney with different snacks and with meals as well. Chutney is also called Pudina chutney and everyone enjoy this chutney with tandoori snack and kebabs.
