Paneer 2 Pyaza

For Paneer 2 Pyaza

Ingredients –

  1. Paneer – 200 gm (cubed) fried
  2. Onions – 2 big ones (chopped)
  3. Tomatoes – 2 (finely chopped)
  4. Grated Ginger – 1 tsp
  5. Garlic cloves – 3 (peeled and chopped)
  6. Fresh Cream – ¼ cup
  7. Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
  8. Garam Masala – 1 tsp
  9. Dhaniya powder – ½ tsp
  10. Red chili Powder – ½ tsp
  11. Turmeric Powder – ¼ tsp
  12. Kasuri methi – 2 tsp
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Vegetable Oil – 3 tsp

Method –

  1. Chop a onion and add it with tomatoes, ginger and garlic in your food processor. Blend it well and make a paste.
  2. Add 2 tsp of oil in a frying pan and add cumin seeds and saute till they crackle. Now add onion tomato paste and saute for few minutes till oil separates from the gravy.
  3. Now add turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder, red chili powder and mix it well.
  4. Crush kasuri methi and add it in the gravy.
  5. Once it is done, add paneer cubes, cubed onions, salt and cook on low flame for few minutes.
  6. Beat the cream and add it in the curry. Mix it well.
  7. Transfer into a bowl, garnish with coriander leaves.

Serving Tip –

Serve it hot with chapattis.
