Paneer Bhurji

For Paneer Bhurji

Ingredients:

  1. Crumbled Paneer – 200 gms
  2. Tomato – 1 large (chopped)
  3. Onion – 1 large (chopped)
  4. Green chilli -2 (chopped)
  5. Coriander Leaves – 2 tsp (chopped)
  6. Jeera powder – ½ tsp
  7. Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
  8. Turmeric – ¼ tsp
  9. Salt – according to taste
  10. Jeera seeds- ½ tsp
  11. Olive Oil – 2 tsp

Method –

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
  2. When they crackle add onion, green chilli and tomato.
  3. Mix them well until it start leaving oil.
  4. Then add turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder and salt.
  5. Saute the mixture till the raw smell goes off it looks cooked.
  6. Now add crumbled paneer and mix it well.
  7. Add coriander leaves to the paneer and saute for few more seconds.
  8. Paneer bhurji is ready to serve.

Serving Tip –

Serve paneer bhurji hot with chapattis.
