Paneer Vegetable Sandwich

For Paneer Vegetable Sandwich

Ingredients: –

  1. Bread Slices – 8-10 slices
  2. Tomato – ½ chopped
  3. Boiled Potato – 1 chopped
  4. Onion – 1 chopped
  5. Paneer – 200 gms
  6. Coriander Powder – 1 big spoon
  7. Oregano – ½ teaspoon
  8. Red Chilli – ½ teaspoon
  9. Green Chilli – 1 chopped
  10. Salt – according to taste
  11. Black pepper – according to taste
  12. Butter – according to taste

Method –

In a bowl, add tomato, potato, onion, coriander powder, oregano, Red Chili, Green Chilli, salt, black pepper and mix them well. Apply butter on one side of bread slice and also put the long paneer slice on it. Now, prepare 2-3 slices of mixture same way and cover it with another slice. Now sprinkle some oil on to grilling machine and keep the slice on to it and leave to grill. Keep it in for 4-5 minutes and check if it is done and repeat the same process for other slices as well. Your Paneer Vegetable Sandwiches are ready to serve.

Serving tip:

Serve the sandwiches with Tomato Ketchup or Green chutney.
