Potato Rawa Vada

For Potato Rawa Vada –


  1. Semolina – ½ Cup
  2. Salt – according to taste
  3. Red chili powder – ½ tsp
  4. Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
  5. Curd – 1 Cup
  6. Corns – ¼ cup of grains
  7. Onion – 1 (chopped)
  8. Green Chili – 1 (chopped)
  9. Green Coriander – 2 tsp (chopped)
  10. Cheese – 1 ½ tsp (grated)
  11. Potato – 1 cup (Boiled)
  12. Oil – for frying

Method –

In a bowl, add semolina, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder and milk. Mix them well with driving a bold blend.

Make another mixture of corns, onion, green chili, coriander, potato, and cheese. Now, keep the mix aside for 10-12 minutes. Make any shape you want to prepare and dip in to mixture we prepared first of semolina. Fry them in to hot oil till it becomes golden. Keep them on the tissue, so that it soak the extra oil from it.

Serving Tip:

Serve potato rawa vada with tomato and mint chutney.

    OMG! This tutorial is amazing! I have been looking for a tutorial that provides an option for making a realistic pauldron w/o having to use frp or other more difficult to use massiralt.Buey with school at the moment, but i hope to try this out in the near future!thanks for posting!!!!
