Russian Salad

For Russian Salad

Ingredients –

  1. Pineapple – ½ Cup (chopped)
  2. Carrot – ¼ Cup (chopped)
  3. French Beans – ¼ Cup (chopped)
  4. Peas – ¼ Cup (chopped)
  5. Cream – ½ Cup
  6. Mayonnaise – ½ Cup
  7. Sugar – ½ tsp
  8. Salt and Pepper – according to taste

Method –

  1. Par boil the vegetables (Carrot, French Beans and Peas) in an open vessel for 4-5 minutes.
  2. Once it get boiled, drain all the vegetables in a bowl and add chopped pineapple to it.
  3. Now in another bowl, add cream, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and sugar in to it and mix it properly.
  4. Add par-boiled vegetables and pineapple in to cream mixture and continue mixing it.
  5. Refrigerate for an hour and Russian Salad is ready to serve now.

Serving Tip –

Serve Russian Salad chilled with meals for best taste.
