Shahi Paneer

For Shahi Paneer

Ingredients –

  1. Paneer – 250 gms (square shape pieces)
  2. Tomato – 4 large (puree)
  3. Onion – 1 large (puree)
  4. Oil – 2-3 tsp
  5. Ginger Garlic paste – ½ tsp
  6. Tomato Sauce – 1 ½ tsp
  7. Salt – according to taste
  8. Red Chilli Powder – ½ tsp
  9. Garam Masala – ½ tsp
  10. Cumin Powder – ½ tsp
  11. Cream – 1 tsp
  12. Water – according to need
  13. Coriander Leaves – ¼ Cup (chopped)

Method –

Heat oil in a pan and add ginger garlic paste and onions in to it. Once it becomes brown, add tomato puree to it and cook it until it start leaving oil.

Add salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala and tomato sauce in to pan. After 2-3 minutes add water to the pan according to the need (as much you need to make a thick gravy).

Keep cooking it on low flame and add paneer pieces to it.  Mix it well and add cream to the pan. Garnish it chopped coriander and Shahi Paneer is ready to serve.

Serving Tip –

Serve Shahi Paneer hot with tandoori roti and chapattis.
