Thai Vegetable Salad

For Thai Vegetable Salad –

Ingredients –

  1. Cucumber – ½ Cup (chopped)
  2. Onion – ½ Cup (chopped)
  3. Carrot – ½ Cup (chopped)
  4. Tomato – ½ Cup (chopped)
  5. Sesame Seeds – 1 tsp
  6. Coriander leaves – 2-3 tsp (chopped)
  7. Salt and Pepper – according to taste
  8. Chili Garlic Sauce – 1 tsp
  9. Soya Sauce – 1 tsp
  10. Lime Juice – 1 tsp
  11. Brown Sugar – 2 tsp

Method –

  1. In a bowl, add sesame seeds, chili garlic sauce, soya sauce, lime juice and brown sugar.
  2. Mix them well and until they get properly combined. You can adjust the sauces according to your taste.
  3. In another bowl, combine all the vegetables together and pour the sauces to it.
  4. Add chopped coriander to it and put salt and pepper according to your taste.
  5. Thai Vegetable Salad is ready to serve.

Serving Tip –

Refrigerate for an hour for better taste and serve.
