Vegetable Club Sandwich

For Vegetable Club Sandwich

Ingredients –

  1. Bread – 6 slices
  2. Tomato – 1 medium (sliced)
  3. Cucumber – 1 medium (sliced)
  4. Lettuce – ½ Cup
  5. Mayonnaise – 2-3 tsp
  6. Salt – according to taste

Method –

  1. Take bread slices without corners and apply mayonnaise to it.
  2. Keep some lettuce and one line of sliced cucumber on the bread slices.
  3. Now put sliced tomato on it and keep another slice of bread on it.
  4. Again keep some lettuce and top the sandwich with another layer of sliced vegetables.
  5. Sprinkle salt on the vegetables and squeeze some mayonnaise on the vegetables.
  6. Place the other slice of bread on the top of mayonnaise and cut the sandwich in to desired shape.
  7. Vegetarian Club Sandwich is ready to serve.

Serving Tip –

Serve the sandwich with tomato ketchup for best taste.
