White Sauce Pasta
For White Sauce Pasta
- Penne Pasta – 1 Cup (optional – I used Penne you can use any)
- Broccoli – ½ cup (cut in to floret)
- Mushroom – ½ Cup (chopped)
- Olives – ½ Cup
- Sweet Corns kernals – ½ Cup
- Parsley Leaves – 2 tsp (chopped)
- Butter – ½ tsp
- Butter – 1 ½ tsp (for sauce)
- Maida – 1 tsp
- Milk – 1 ½ cup (boiled and cooled)
- Black pepper powder – ½ tsp
- Oregano – ¼ tsp
- Red Chili Powder – ½ tsp
- Salt – according to taste
Take a large vessel and add 4 cups of water to boil. Once it start to boil, add pasta and some salt in to it. Boil pasta for 5-7 minutes, after draining water set it aside. Now again take water in the vessel and add boil broccoli and sweet corns for 4-5 minutes. Once it get boil, drain and keep it aside as well.
Now heat ½ tsp of butter in a pan and saute Broccoli, mushrooms, Olives, Sweet corns kernels for 2-3 minutes. Once it get fried, take them out in a plate.
In the same pan which is empty now, add ½ tsp of butter and add maida in to it. Mix it thoroughly and start adding milk in to it. Mix continuously on low while adding milk so that there should not be any lumps. Once it start to thicken, add salt, black pepper powder, oregano and red chili powder in to it and mix it well until it turns smooth.
Now, it’s time to add the veggies and pasta to it. Again mix it well so that pasta and veggies can get well coated in sauce. Garnish the dish with Parsley leaves and white sauce pasta is ready to serve now.
Serving Tip –
Serve Pasta hot. You can also add grated cheese while preparing sauce or as a topping.
